Solutii inteligente pentru energia sustenabila si mediile urbane, in cadrul evenimentelor EE & RE si Smart Cities 2016
Expoconferintele “Smart Cities, Energy Efficiency & Renewables” (in traducere libera, “Orase inteligente, enficienta energetica si regenerabilitate”), organizate pentru Europa de Sud-Est, vor avea ca participanti producatori si importatori de top, din peste 12 tari. Evenimentul, organizat de Via Expo, va avea loc in perioada 5 - 7 aprilie in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Expozitia
Tendintele de actualitate in ceea ce priveste eficienta energetica au dus la prezentarea, in premiera pentru piata din Bulgaria, elementelor componente ale caselor pasive, sistemelor de ventilatie cu recuperare de caldura, izolatiilor sub vid si sistemelor de etansare.
Vizitatorii vor putea vedea cele mai noi dezvoltari in domeniul automatizarii cladirilor. Unul dintre cele mai importante exponate il reprezinta un sistem de casa inteligenta, cu senzori integrati de temperatura, lumina, umiditate si puritate a aerului; acesta poate comunica si transmite informatii prin intermediul tehnologiilor HTTP, RF 433 MHz, IR, UDP, TCP/IP, 3G. Vizitatorii vor fi de asemenea captivati de ecranele tactile si de televizoarele incorporate in oglinzi.
O companie din Bulgaria va prezenta sisteme inteligente de management al electricitatii, consumului de apa si gaz, si illuminatului stradal, prin intermediul carora beneficiarii vor putea observa o reducere a pierderilor si o eficienta sporita a gestiunii resurselor.
Alegerea unor sisteme de incalzire eficiente determina costurile energetice ulterioare, iar vizitatorii vor putea vedea boilere ce se bucura atat de un design modern, cat si de un nivel ridicat de eficienta.
Printre produsele cele mai asteptate se numara sisteme inovative pentru pereti si acoperisuri, cu termoizolatie excelenta, costuri reduse de operare si instalare facila. Vor fi de asemenea prezentate dispozitive de stocare a energiei, panouri solare de prima clasa pentru integrarea in cladiri, sisteme autonome hibride, echipament de reciclare pentru constructii si demolari, etc.
Conferinta
Arh. Esa Mohammed, Presedinte al Uniunii Internationale a Arhitectilor, va vorbi despre strategiile de dezvoltare ale oraselor inteligente, exemplificand prin cateva studii de caz din Kuala Lumpur si Putrajaya.
Sistemele de incalzire districtuala sunt recunoscute drept cea mai buna solutie pentru integrarea materiilor regenerabile in mediilel urbane. Energia geotermala, solara si biomasele sunt cele mai promitatoare optiuni pentru Europa de Sud-Est.
Reprezentanti ai Conventiei Primarilor, Euroheat & Power, Buildings Performance Institute Europe, PU Europe, etc., vor participa de asemenea in cadrul conferintei, pe 5 si 6 aprilie.

Intelligent solutions for sustainable energy and cities
Leading manufacturers and importers from 12 countries will participate in ‘Smart Cities, Energy Efficiency & Renewables’ exhibition and conference for South-East Europe. The event is organized by Via Expo from 5th to April 7th in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Exhibition
Components for passive houses, ventilation systems with heat recovery, vacuum insulation panels and air tightness systems will be presented for the first time to the Bulgarian market responding to the trends of increasing energy efficiency.
Visitors will see the latest development in building automation. A smart home system with integrated temperature, light, humidity and air purity sensors will be among highlights. It can communicate and work with most devices using HTTP, RF 433 MHz, IR, UDP, TCP/IP, 3G technologies. An audience interest will be attracted by touch panels and TVs embedded in the mirrors. A Bulgarian company will promote intelligent management systems for electricity, water, gas and street lighting, with which the customers achieve loss reduction and efficient resource management.
The choice of the heating systems determinate the future energy costs - visitors will see advanced boilers with a modern design and high efficiency.
Among the product highlights will be innovative roof and wall systems featuring excellent heat insulation, low operating costs and easy installation. Exhibitors will also present energy storage devices, first-class solar panels for building integration, hybrid autonomous energy systems, construction and demolition recycling equipment, etc.
Conference
Ar Esa Mohammed, President of the International Union of Architects, will speak about new smart city planning strategies and will give some case studies form Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
District heating schemes are recognized as the best solution for a fast integration of renewables into the system in the cities. Geothermal, biomass and solar thermal are the most promising options also for the SEE region.
Speakers from Euroheat & Power, Buildings Performance Institute Europe, PU Europe, Covenant of Mayors, etc. will participate at the Conference on 5th & 6th of April.
